Santa Fe Tex-Mex Grill

The Riverboat’s in-house restaurant, Santa Fe Tex-Mex Grill, is named after the third-largest city of New Mexico. Santa Fe actually means ‘Holy Faith’ in Spanish, and is also the highest (at 7000 feet in foothills of the southern Rocky Mountains) and oldest capital in the U.S.

Santa Fe Tex-Mex Grill entered the Singapore food scene in mid 1999, at a 3-unit shophouse in Boat Quay, serving authentic Tex-Mex fare. The term ‘Tex-Mex’ identifies an Americanization of Mexican cuisine – there is a reliance on Mexican ingredients, as well as a distinct American influence. Tex-Mex cooking is very modern and trendy, and has been described as being ‘as bright and colorful as sunny Texas & Mexico’. Here are some highlights from our Menu:
Turkey Quesadillas – $14.95++
Warm flour tortillas packed with generous portions of smoked turkey slices brushed with BBQ sauce and garnished with sautéed onions and Jack cheese. Served over a bed of shredded lettuce and with sour cream on the side.
Santa Fe Combo - $18.95++
A triple combination of our Chicken Crispers, Buffalo Wings & Chicken Chimichangas. Served with ranch, honey mustard, and avocado ranch dips.

BBQ Baby Back Ribs – Half Rack $21.95++, Full Rack $29.95++
Thick juicy slabs of baby-back ribs (of pork) brushed with BBQ sauce, then barbecued to perfection. This no-mess, ‘meat-slips-off-the-bones’ treat comes with corn on the cob & home-style fries.
Blackened Salmon Veracruz – $22.65++
A choice filet of salmon coated topside with crusted black pepper, then pan-fried. This already full-bodied dish is further accentuated with a serving of spicy rice and tomato compote.

Fajita Grill - Half Pound $26.65++, Full Pound (for 2) $41.65++
Exquisite grilled chicken, beef, or a combination of both, cut into strips and served over a bed of sautéed onions and bell peppers sizzling on an iron skillet. This wrap-it-yourself favourite (flour tortilla wraps included) comes with a side plate of grated cheese, pico de galo, and sour cream to spruce up your roll.
Frozen Margaritas – $14.95++ onwards
Our very popular zesty & refreshing margaritas are served in 16ox mugs. Choose from original, top-shelf, or virgin versions; as well as strawberry or mango flavorings.
Walnut Brownie Sundae – $5.95++
A rich chocolate brownie served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, chopped walnuts and a cherry. Sheer indulgence.
