Stewords Riverboat is a unique and exciting venue for all kinds of private & corporate functions like birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, company dinner & dances, seminars, product launches, etc. Here's some information on what we offer you, to help you in the planning of your upcoming functions.Plan a Function in 3 easy steps!
Step 1: Pick a Venue
Main Deck (Shechem)
The Main Deck boasts a warm and cosy, family-oriented atmosphere complete with booth seats, a 'lounge' area, and even a baby grand piano. This deck, which is an operational restaurant on normal days, can also be booked exclusively for private functions.Upper Deck (Bethel)
Our Upper Deck is the Riverboat's dedicated function hall. This deck can be set up in many different styles to suit your needs. These include the traditional Mississippi-style long tables for dinners, theatre style, cluster seating for seminars, U-shape conference set-up, etc. The Upper Deck also comes with a stage, sound system, and a digital piano and drums set.Bridge Deck (Hebron)
The al-fresco Bridge Deck gives you a panoramic view of the Eastern anchorage and the beautiful greenery of Marina South. There is also a show kitchen where your guests can watch our chefs in action. On normal days, our café Breaking Bread operates here, but it will be closed to walk-in guests when you book the Bridge Deck exclusively.The Wheelhouse
For smaller and more informal parties, The Wheelhouse is a unique alternative. This air-conditioned cabin & al-fresco deck even comes with an outdoor Jacuzzi for guests who really want to 'unlax'.The Entire Riverboat
Should you have a need for it, the entire Stewords Riverboat can also be booked exclusively. This would be ideal for product launches (we've had a few), media events, weddings, etc. Your guests can watch presentations or other going-ons on the Upper Deck, have their meal on the Main Deck, and thereafter chill out on the Bridge Deck with some live music.

Notes:
- F&B Spending Amounts in this table refer to nett prices (after tax).
- Bookings for exclusive use of any/all decks must be accompanied by an F&B Package from either of our in-house F&B Outlets, and food must be catered for all guests in attendance.
- Minimum booking duration is 4 hours. Surcharges apply for functions outside of timings stated in this table.
- Booking of 2 or more decks would constitute booking of the entire Riverboat. However, should your function be planned on the al-fresco Bridge Deck, the Upper Deck (subject to availability) or Main Deck will be given as a contingency plan, at no extra charge, in case of rain.
Bookings can only be confirmed by means of a signed Contract and a 40% deposit.
Step 2: Choose Your F&B Package
Stewords Riverboat's in-house restaurant, Santa Fe Tex-Mex Grill, offers you a wide variety of F&B Package options, including cocktail receptions, buffet meals, platters, set meals and even cookouts & grill nites. Depending on your budget and requirements, we can add or make changes to the menus to include more premium items. Our specialty & primary cuisine is Tex-Mex, which is an Americanised version of Mexican cuisine, but we can also arrange to incorporate some Local, Chinese, Indian, Myanmese, or other dishes into the menu/buffet spread.Our other in-house café, Breaking Bread, specializes in stews, breads and a variety of grill items. You might like to include some of Breaking Bread's specialties into your function menu.
