Santa Fe is a casual-dining family restaurant serving Texan-Mexican favourites like Quesadillas, Nachos,
Chimichangas, Baby-Back Ribs, and sizzling-hot Fajitas. Established in 1999, Santa Fe is well-loved for
its authentic Tex-Mex flavours and its large, ‘American-sized’ portions.

A Walk Through Santa Fe

July 1999 - June 2002
Santa Fe opened its first outlet at 73-75 Boat Quay, then a popular waterfront dining venue,
introducing authentic Tex-Mex cuisine to the Singapore food scene. Closed upon expiry of lease.

December 2001
Santa Fe opened its new flagship outlet on board Stewords Riverboat,
moored at Sentosa North Shore Boardwalk.

August 2005 - August 2008
Santa Fe operated a small al-fresco outlet in front of Far East Plaza on Scotts Road.
Closed upon expiry of lease.

December 2006 - Present
The Riverboat relocates from Sentosa to Marina South Pier,
and Santa Fe continues operating on the Main Deck.

August 2007 - Present
Santa Fe opened a new semi-al-fresco outlet at OG Orchard Point.
